You will be working in Chelmsford in a shared supported living house with 2 individuals with different support needs who love shopping, going out for lunch, Cinema, Knitting . Some personal care is required .This is an exciting opportunity to have a varied working week and opportunities to use a variety of skills you already have or would like to develop for career progression. **What are the Benefits available to our Support Worker?** **What do you need to become our Support Worker**?** - Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential- No previous experience or qualifications required, Free, Skills for Care endorsed full training will be provided- Compassionate, caring, confident and resilient- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Self-starter, with a high level of motivation- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
