**Job Title**: Warehouse / Assembly Worker
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our small, collaborative team. This role offers flexibility, with both full-time (5 days/week) and part-time (3 days/week) positions available.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Order Fulfillment**: Pick and pack customer orders accurately, ensuring items are ready for shipment with attention to detail.
- **Heavy Lifting and Loading**: Regularly lift and carry boxes, packages, and other heavy items (up to 25 kg) as part of daily operations, including packing and warehouse maintenance tasks.
- **Product Assembly**: Assemble stock items and prepare them for distribution, ensuring all products meet quality standards.
- **Inventory Assistance**: Assist with monitoring inventory levels and maintaining up-to-date inventory records to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
- **Warehouse Organization**: Keep shelves and storage areas well-organized to support ease of access, restocking, and efficient operations.
- **Maintenance**: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace through regular tidying and upkeep.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**: Support the team with additional duties as required to ensure smooth operations and a productive work environment.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and reaching for extended periods.
- Regular lifting, moving, and organizing of boxes and items, often weighing up to 25kg.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
