**What We are looking for**:
Here at Practice Plus a new opportunity has arisen for Advanced Clinical Practitioners to join our fantastic team at Brighton on a Permanent basis. You will be joining an existing team in Brighton to help with our continued growth and increased patients.
In particular, we are recruiting for face-to-face Practice Nurses on a permanent basis who can work within our Brighton Practice and our Walk in Centre.
This role will be working across both general practice and the walk in centre and you will play an integral role in delivering a high quality service to our patients in a busy, fast paced and rewarding environment.

**About the Job**
You will work as part of a team of Advanced Clinical Practitioners within the Brighton Station Walk-In-Health Centre. The Centre is open 7 days per week between 8am and 8pm. We have a mixture of Full and Part time position with a mixture of variable hours available.
As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner you will be utilising expert diagnostic and clinical skills to provide autonomous, unscheduled medical care and management of patients presenting with acute undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions, complex health needsand /or long term conditions, within the Walk In Care service.
You will be required to work within Clinical Guidelines, Policies, Procedures and utilising expert judgment to work outside these frameworks where necessary. You must be able to Prescribe as an Independent Nurse Prescriber, within professional competence, ensuringthat all duties in relation to medicines management meet required professional and Practice Plus Group standards.
Acting as the patient’s advocate, facilitating the patient’s own choices with regard to care whilst promoting independence and self care and maintain up to date knowledge of support services for patients and carers from statutory, voluntary and ancillary services.
**What can we offer you?**
Our Salaried position is paying up to £65,000 per annum. This will be the FTE and will depend on experience

We are looking for nurses who:
- Are willing to undertake training in regards global emergency vaccination programs
- Have previous experience or willing to upskill to perform telephone consultations
- Can deliver face to face and telephone advice services which will enable patients to obtain health information treatment diagnosis from the appropriate health care professional.
- To provide safe and effective health assessments and treatment of patients attending Primary Care Centres, Including latest updates in regards to C-19 mass vaccination program
- To be accountable for their own practice as face to face and/or telephone encounters including the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and discharge or referral of patients, independent of medical intervention, who attend the Primary care Centres or patientsin their own home.
**What we'll need from you**:
- Be an autonomous Nurse Practitioner with a patient assessment qualification and recent work experience within a Primary/Urgent Care environment
- Hold an independent prescribing qualification
- Hold an NMC Pin
- Experience in management long term conditions
