On top of the bedrooms they also have a lovely restaurant, snug bar and room service option available to residents. Known for their wonderfully warm and hospitable service fantastic food and somewhere that really packs a punch in terms of service they now seek a bar supervisor to join their team due to expansion. This is a permanent full time position and does offer accommodation if required at subsidised ratesThe ideal person for this role will have at least four years experience from a hotel bar background or similar they will have an exceptional knowledge of spirit and drink as well as allergen experience. Alongside the practical day-to-day experience of supervising and running a bar they will be helping with training and development of other members of the team. You have an eye for detail be someone who can see the bigger picture of the hotel in a duty management capacity and be a supportive member of the bar management team.
