**LGV Class 2 Drivers - Nights - Manchester Airport**

**£16.10 to £32.20 per hour plus holiday pay - No Traffic Jams - EVER**

**ROTA - 5 NIGHTS ON 3 NIGHTS OFF**

We have a number of opportunities for Class 2 drivers to work nights for our prestigious client based at Manchester Airport.

Why not take your driving career to new heights by becoming a full time Class 2 Driver/Loader. This is an ongoing contract with a chance to be taken on at the airport and a definite offer of other Class 2 work if you’re not.

Successful applicants will load and drive specialised rigid vehicles from the airport service department. You’ll drive airside where you will raise the vehicle body up to the side of the fuselage on the integrated scissor lift, enabling you to load the plane.

You’ll work on a full time contract until the end of December on night shift which starts around 21:00 to 22:00 until about 06:00 am. There will be some weekend work involved but all rotas are planned on 4-weeks in advance so you always know exactly whenyou are working. During the peak season there is usually plenty of overtime opportunities paying premium rates.
- **You will train for 2 weeks on days**_ before starting your rota which works on a 5 shift on 3 shift off basis. The pay is £**16.10/hour** for the first 40 hours. Any hours over 40 will be paid at **£24.15/hour** and if you work your second rest day as overtime or work a bank holiday these shifts will pay double at **£32.20/hour**. You’ll also accrue a generous amount of holiday pay.

You’ll need a reasonable level of physical fitness to do this job and be a good team player. Since security at the airport is paramount to be successful we’ll need to obtain suitable references for the past 5 years with no gaps and we will need to do a criminalrecord check.
