This role is an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Finance Team as a PA working with two of our important Finance teams. You will be part of teams that are integral throughout the company, looking after at least one (with a maximum of two) Directors’ of Finance and their direct reports (including Finance Directors and Heads of Finance).

You will need to thrive in a fast paced and demanding environment, possess strong attention to detail, bring a sense of fun and energy to the world of work, establish and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels, and be able to work autonomously as well as being a team player

What you'll do:

- Proactive diary management - organising and maintaining extremely busy and constantly changing diaries, booking meeting rooms, organising video and teams calls across multiple territories, including Comcast and other external companies
- Managing travel - domestic and international travel itineraries, flights, rail, and taxi’s
- Confidence working across multiple time zones
- Providing professional and effective administrative support - hospitality orders, preparing agenda’s/materials, meeting and greeting visitors, processing expenses, IT and HR support
- Acting as a delegate to managers for Sky systems including Ariba, Spark and Workday for all administrative functions required
- Organising team away days and events throughout the year
- Assisting new starters
- Ad-hoc requests and support for leadership teams
- Holiday cover for Commercial Finance PAs

What you'll bring:

- Prior experience working as a Personal/Team Assistant in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Good knowledge of and proficiency in using: Microsoft Office Package; Work, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel and database systems
- Confident, friendly, approachable manner with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Exceptional organisational skills, good time management and an eye for detail
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to show maturity and initiative in often pressured and confidential situations
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), able to build effective relationships internally and externally
- Ability and willingness to take on new and different challenges
- Pro-active team member with excellent interpersonal skills and capability to create rapport at all levels. Equally able to work independently
- Desire to achieve excellence, taking pride in the role
