Requirements
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens
- Emptying trash and recycling
- Replenishing supplies like soap and paper towels
- Cleaning windows and mirrors
- Polishing furniture, fixtures, and fittings
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher
- Washing dishes
- Doing light ironing and laundry

Safety and procedures
- Following health and safety guidelines and company policies
- Notifying management of any damage or maintenance issues
- Adhering to a cleaning schedule
- Completing tasks in a timely manner
- Reporting any safety hazards to the homeowner or manager

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and cleaning products
- Knowledge of health and safety, sanitation protocols
- Communication, time-management, reliability, and organizational skills
