**Vehicle Handover Specialist**:

We are on the lookout for a passionate Handover Specialist to be the final touchpoint in our customers’ journey as they collect their brand-new vehicle. This role goes beyond just a handover; you’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves excited, informed, and confident in their purchase.

You’ll be an expert on every vehicle in our range, guiding customers through key features of the vehicle, with confidence and professionalism. Your goal is to make their first drive off the lot an unforgettable experience.

**Within this role you will**:

- Collaborate closely with our high-performing Sales team to deliver exceptional service at every handover.
- Keep customers up-to-date on vehicle collection schedules and ensure everything is ready for a smooth, professional handover.
- Walk customers through their vehicle's features, making sure they feel confident and excited about their new car.
- Manage the entire handover process, from preparing paperwork to ensuring the car is in pristine condition.
- Maintain ongoing customer relationships post-handover, ensuring satisfaction and gathering feedback.
- Be a brand ambassador, sharing your enthusiasm for our vehicles and ensuring every customer has a five-star experience.
- Be flexible to work occasional Saturdays if asked, as and when the business might require.

**To be successful in this role you will be**:

- A natural communicator who can easily build rapport with customers.
- Enthusiastic, confident, and motivated to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
- Someone with a keen eye for detail, who ensures everything from paperwork to vehicle prep is handled to the highest standards.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing role is ideal, and a full UK driving license is required.
