**Store Supervisor**:
Diesel has long been a leading pioneer in denim and casual fashion, known for moving outside and ahead of trends in its industry. Diesel is a truly worldwide organization. It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.

The Supervisor works with the Store Management Team to achieve store sales and maximizing profitability through effective management of the store team, service excellence and implementation of company programmes, policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspires the team to ensure sales targets are continuously met
- Assists the management team in leading the team to meet KPI’s for the store
- Delivers an exceptional customer service experience which exceeds our customers’ expectations
- Supports opening and closing procedures
- Supports the management team with recruitment and HR related matters
- Delegates duties and responsibilities to team members ensuring they deliver and complete to the highest standard in a timely manner
- Leads by example at all times
- Is a Diesel Ambassador
- Supports with VM tasks

Person Profile:

- Must be able to work within retail store hours which may operate 7 days per week. Hours will be on a rota basis
- Must have previous experience in fashion retail sector
- Understands Premium customer service
- Great people person with excellent communication skills
- Understands the Diesel Brand
- Service orientated
- Possess Computer Skills
- Attention to detail
- Has a desire to learn management capability
