Our client is seeking a talented Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join their London-based team. In this role, you'll collaborate with a global team of creatives to design captivating graphics for trailers, digital outdoor campaigns, social media, feature films, and TV title sequences.

As a senior designer, you’ll take the lead on high-profile projects, working closely with directors and clients to bring their visions to life. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding junior team members and maintaining the high standard of creative output expected from the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for a variety of media, including trailers, digital outdoor, social media content, feature films, and TV title sequences.
- Collaborate with the creative team, directors, and clients to develop innovative visual solutions.
- Oversee the creative process from concept development through to final delivery.
- Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to ensure creative consistency and quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in motion design.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in motion graphics design, preferably within the film, TV, or entertainment industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics work.
- Expert knowledge of After Effects, Cinema 4D, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
