- As a Legionella Risk Assessor you will be expected conduct Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 across a variety of site nationwide.

Compiling and creating schematic drawings with details, as well as producing final documents/reports for the clients.

Travelling to sites as per client's requirements.

You will report directly to the Compliance Manager.

**Specific Day to Day Duties**:

- Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments to industry standards and using tablet based software
- Carry out system schematic drawings
- You will possess extensive knowledge of industry guidance including ACoP L8, HSG 274 Part 2 and HTM 04-01
- You will need to possess excellent communication skills and comfortable with communicating with customers including Estate/Property Managers and colleagues
- You will need to be flexible in order to do overnight stays, where necessary
- Follow method statements accurately
- Be able to work on your own also as part of a team
- Work nationwide - long distance travelling
- Work to planned routes / deadlines
- You will be required to work out of hours and weekends occasionally as part of the job
- You will be expected to do some administrative duties which will include the use of a tablet to log your work
- 35 Hours per week

**Personal Qualities**:

- MUST possess either WHO04 or BS004 Risk Assessment Qualification
- MUST hold a Full Driving Licence
- You must pass a DBS clearance
