**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings to maintain a tidy appearance.
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while using cleaning products and equipment.
- Assist with laundry duties as required, ensuring that linens are washed, dried, and folded properly.
- Maintain an organised storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or prolonged standing.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
