**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing ingredients for meals and cooking to required standards
- Ensuring all equipment required is in place, clean and in good working order.
- Ensuring all food stuffs are stored correctly and stock is rotated.
- Ensuring the cleanliness is of a 5* standard
- Monitor stock and produce a weekly list of ingredients required
- Completing logs and daily paperwork for compliance.

**Skills**:

- Past experience as a cook
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
- Ability to follow sanitation procedures
- Be a team player but have the ability to work on your own
- Good communicator
- Completion of level 2 Food Hygiene course
- Completion of Allergy training

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.80-£10.00 per hour
