We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. This includes managing a team of warehouse associates, ensuring efficient business processes, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse associates
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders
- Manage inventory control processes to minimize discrepancies and ensure accurate stock levels
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and improve overall efficiency
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track inventory and monitor productivity
- Train and develop warehouse associates on proper procedures, equipment usage, and safety guidelines
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to warehouse associates
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse team

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and logistics
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed (up to 50 pounds)
- Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers is a plus
- Proficiency in using AS400 or similar inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £35,000.00 per year
