As a care assistant, you will be providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.
- **This role will cover the following areas**:_
- **Southampton, Eastleigh, Fair Oak and Chandlers Ford**_

**Here at All Care, we offer our Care Assistants the following**:

- **£12.00 **per hour weekdays, **£12.50** per hour weekends and **£18.00** per hour on bank holidays
- **0.40p per mile** between care calls
- Excellent Training for Care Certificate & ongoing professional development fully funded in Health & Social Care from Level 2 to Level 5 management
- **28 days **annual leave (pro rata)
- Full-time and Part-time hours available
- Great discounts via Blue Light Card

**Examples of the client’s needs you will be supporting as a carer**:

- Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
- Performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Observing, monitoring and record keeping.

**Shifts available for Care Assistants**:

- 07:00am - 14:30pm
- 14:30pm - 22:00pm

**Must be available for alternate weekends**

**Type of work**: Full-Time/ Part-Time/ Permanent/ Contract / Guaranteed hours / Zero Hours

Full support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care.

**No experience is required as full paid in-house training is provided.**

**Salary**: £12.00-£18.00 per hour
