**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Ensure timely delivery of food to guests.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area throughout service.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and guest services.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and payments.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Experience in culinary or food preparation is an advantage.
- A passion for hospitality with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
