**Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant? Are you in search of a loving, exceptional school and wish to contribute to their mission? We are now recruiting for an outstanding school as they are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to inspire and support students with special needs.**

**About the role**:

- To foster a nurturing environment that encourages the students’ growth
- To offer personalised teaching and learning in an autism-specific environment
- To enable creative ways of communicating concepts to children
- To support the class teacher and assist students in 1:1 and in small groups

**About the school**:

- A thriving, welcoming special school in Wimbledon.
- Supports children on the autism spectrum and/or with complex needs between 2 to 19 years of age
- Offers a unique mix of education and support to pupils within a wide spectrum of needs and abilities
- A dedicated and friendly team of staff

**Requirements**:

- Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
- Previous experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs
- Available immediately to work as a Teaching Assistant
- Able to carry out personal care as part of the role
