Part Time Hotel Receptionist

This position is predominantly afternoon/evening and weekend work
- **If you are unable to work afternoon/evening shifts and weekends please do not apply**_

- a proven background in customer services
- excellent IT skills: outlook, word, excel, MS Office.
- good communication, numeracy & literacy
- well organised & presentable

**Duties will include**:

- Welcoming Guests
- Monitoring booking sites and updating rates and availability
- Handling Complaints and guest acknowledgements
- Opening and closing reception
- Cash handling and accounts
- Profit and loss sheets
- Hours would be predominately be afternoon to evening and weekend work
- Shift pattern - 8am - 3pm pm or 3pm till 11pm on weekends and weekends
- Morning Shifts on Breakfast service and front of house may apply

Pay rate from £10 to £12 per hour depending on age, experience and ability

**Job Type**: Part time positions available
