DevOps Engineer

**DevOps Engineer / Loughborough - Hybrid**
- Hybrid requires 2 days on site per week at Loughborough or London office_

DevOps Engineer required to join a team that manages the clients AWS Cloud environment. The work ranges across the full spectrum of DevOps responsibilities, including security, monitoring, production support, working with developers on promotions and newdevelopments.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Planning deployment of new / updated infrastructure components.
- Defining and setting up of procedures around system development and promotion
- System monitoring and day-to-day management.
- Assisting with technical issues / queries from new customers.
- Management of data synchronisation and backup processes.
- Supporting complex multi-tiered services.
- working with all sections of the company, especially the development team.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent Linux System Administration experience, ideally with Ubuntu, with shell scripting skills
- Proven commercial DevOps experience
- A good understanding of security and its implementation
- Experience of troubleshooting production code - (Python)
- Experience of cloud orchestration tools and management systems
- Experience of CI/CD - (Bitbucket)
- Experience of containerisation, ideally using Docker and ECS or Kubernetes.
- Experienced of infrastructure of code, ideally Ansible

**Salary**:
The salary my client is offering is £50,000 - £54,500 plus an option to buy shares after 6 months
