An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Online Experience department for a Product Owner, where you will have the chance to bring your experience to a multinational organisation, whilst working across a diverse portfolio of academic products. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives on working in a challenging and fast paced environment.
**About the role**
You will be responsible for understanding and evaluating new requirements, using analytics to better understand customer engagement, and working with other Product Owners and user experience experts to provide a first-class user experience across our academic products.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of maintenance issues associated with the product and keeping the relevant areas of the business up to date on the progress of fixes.
This role would be ideal for someone who is actively seeking to get involved with digital product development and is looking to utilise their knowledge and skills to make a significant personal impact across our academic research products.
**About you**
You enjoy problem solving and are able to translate business requirements into technology requirements.
A clear communicator, you are able to present ideas clearly and use a variety of skills and methods to communicate with an influence customers, users and staff at all levels.
Ideally, you will be a Certified Product Owner (either Scrum or Kanban) or have relevant Product Ownership experience, however this is not essential.
