Digitalent are proud to be partnering exclusively with one of the world’s top ten companies for stock photos and videos for this Lead DevOps Engineer opportunity.

This is a permanent, fully remote / work from home role within a distributed team and the remote working aspect of this role will continue post-COVID too.

As a Lead DevOps Engineer within one of this company’s Delivery Squads, you would be responsible for all aspects of solution design, infrastructure automation and the software development lifecycle; from requirement gathering, analysis and validation, backlogrefinements and planning sprints, through formal testing, continuous delivery/deployment and support in production.

With a strong passion for technology, a drive for high quality and a desire to collaborate, you will be a strong advocate for the standards around patterns, practices, frameworks, processes and policies across both this business and its parent organizationwhich is one of the UK’s leading Media Groups.

As part of a small DevOps leadership team, you will play a crucial role contributing to the company’s huge growth trajectory which is planned over the next 3 years.

We are looking for experienced DevOps Engineers with the following skills and experience for this role:

- Expertise in cloud platforms and infrastructure mainly in**AWS**, alongside
- Infrastructure as Code mainly using **Terraform**:

- Thorough experience of working with event driven or serverless technologies mainly **Lambda**:

- Thorough experience of working with **Kubernetes** as a containerisation technology and orchestration platform
- Expertise working at scale in the cloud
- Strong understanding of the principles of Agile working patterns and frameworks (e.g.
- Scrum/Kanban)
- CI/CD in a B2C or E-Commerce company would be ideal (but not essential)
