Whilst you may not have to have held an Executive Assistant position previously this role is varied, and day to day involves a high level of planning, coordinating, and internal and external interaction at all levels so your communication and organisation skills must be impeccable and absolute discretion always maintained. As part of our Group’s fast paced growth we have successfully completed more than 20 strategic acquisitions in the last 5 years and will see revenues exceed £900m this year, so this is a truly exciting time for you to join us **Some of your key responsibilities will be**: - Overall responsibility for the administration for the Group CEO and Executive team. - Work closely with various teams to build, co-ordinate and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives. - Arrange meetings, conference calls, diary schedules etc. - Prepare minutes of meetings and assist with the follow up actions. - Travel booking and coordination (internationally and large-scale), management of expense claims, invoices and associated administration. - Organise and manage correspondence, phone calls and meeting schedules. - Draft, prepare and distribute documents and correspondence related to meetings, phone calls and teleconferences. - Presentation of data and other information - with creative flair **Requirements**: - Very competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). - Ability to prioritise and handle multiple assignments at any given time while also serving as a "go to" for all members of a large C-Suite team. - Comfortable with completing complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. - You will report to the CEO therefore previous experience providing support to C-Suite executives in an international business would be beneficial. - Must be flexible with travel, especially on a regular basis to the Telford office. **Our benefits**: - 23 days holiday, increasing to 25 days at 2 years’ service (plus bank holidays).
