**Role Purpose**:
To support existing and new projects we are looking to hire a Junior Consultant of graduate calibre who will work alongside the directors with a variety of clients for both Impact Innovation and their sister organisation The Activation Project (a growing not-for-profit).

This role is an incredible opportunity for someone who is keen to get stuck into an exciting role within a growing organisation that supports clients in the innovation of business, with the chance to develop their skills within an experienced and likeminded team.

You will be work closely with the Directors of the organisation, and as part of a close knit, highly talented team.***

**Key Objectives**:
Support the delivery of major programmes and projects with Impact-Client teams

Have responsibility for specific deliverables and work areas, with growth as capability develops.

Co-ordinate programmes in terms key activities matched to milestones and deadlines. This includes putting in place suitable but flexible working practices.

Liaise daily with client teams on activities as well as present a good image and high standards

Build and deliver communication plans aligned to the needs of the client organisations and their programme. This would include writing content.

Work collaboratively with both the development teams and creative design teams to help develop and prepare programme materials

Support, maintain and keep accurate records that help demonstrate progress and learning, including the capture of meeting outputs and programme activities into useable reference materials and notes

**About You**:
You will possess strong planning and coordination skills, the ability to multi-task and manage a variety of projects simultaneously. Be an excellent communicator in all aspects with the ability to communicate effectively to a range of audiences. IT proficient with a keen eye for detail. A creative and innovative thinker with impressive inter-relational and people skills to confidently build rapport with key stakeholders. You will be enthusiastic with a desire to learn and to always put people and clients at the heart of everything we do.

Impact Innovation is a Business Consultancy based in Leamington Spa specialising in Customer Experience, Innovation and Organisational and Leadership Development. They work with large well-known private sector brands in retail, hospitality, utilities, automotive and others, as well as the public sector like the NHS. They work predominantly with clients in the UK and abroad.

**Salary**:Up to £30K DOE

**Hours**: Full Time Mon-Fri
