Mitie has a great opportunity in The Oracle Shopping Centre, Reading. We are looking for an experienced Security Officer to join the Team on site, you will take a lead role on site on a daily basis. Your shift pattern will be discussed at interview with an **annual salary of** **£21587.20**, working a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours a week. You will report into the sites Security Operation's Manager.

A typical shift will be 9 hours and can cover days, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.

**Duties will include**:

- Access and Egress Control
- Completing all necessary paperwork & reports
- Conducting internal & external patrols
- Following site specific procedures
- Liaise with clients in a polite and professional manner
- Maintaining the highest standards of security
- Ability to contribute to the team

- Strong Verbal Communication Skills
- SIA door supervisor licence essential

**Additional information**

Working hours will primarily involve days with some nights on occasions. Shifts will be on varied rota pattern covering weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
