As a Barclays Client Service Executive, you will handle a wide variety of inbound calls and administrative activities for clients covering Barclays investment servicing and banking products. You will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and understand requirements to meet client needs. Within Client Enablement service centres, we aim to deliver a consistently excellent world class banking experience, making it effortless to do business with us.

**What will you be doing?**
- Delivering a consistently excellent client experience through various method of interaction including but not limited to telephony, chat and written communication
- Ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work, ensuring client requests are completely correctly and within agreed time scales whilst adhering to policy and procedures
- Managing time effectively, adhering to work patterns and schedules to meet customer demand whilst ensuring own personal objectives are achieved
- Participating in citizenship activities that contributes to the wider Client Services world
- Working with a range of internal stakeholders, support functions and third parties to resolve client queries
- Continuing improvements, brings forward suggestions, shares best practice and participates fully in team meetings
**What we’re looking for**:
- A well-motivated individual focused on becoming proficient in role to help deliver an expert banking service
- Diligent to identify potential client harm relating to consumer duty framework
- Someone who takes ownership to investigate and resolve complaints to clients satisfaction, whilst adhering to procedures
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve client journeys and / or create capacity; and a key member that assists with work streams and projects and actively contributes
**Skills that will help you in the role**:
- Specialty in the command of English language with good written and verbal skills
- Skilled and competent to negotiate and influence across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
