**What you will do**:

- Provide a compassionate and professional service for those whose loved ones have passed away
- Liaise with and provide information directly to Administrators, Executors, Solicitors as well as other internal and external stakeholders
- Handle the accounts of our deceased customers and ensure that all documentation has been obtained in line with both regulatory and Metro Bank procedures before we close accounts and distribute funds accordingly
- Support resolution of complex queries and tasks where appropriate alongside managing core deliverables such as distributing funds to a next of kin

- Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
- The ability to remain professional and composed when resolving complex customer queries or handling complaints
- Learn quickly and continually develop yourself within a multiskilled/high paced environment
- Able to be compassionate and empathetic when communicating verbally via the telephone
- A high level of attention to detail, to ensure we get things right first time
