Showroom Host

Van Haven are looking for a friendly and professional **Showroom Host** to be the welcoming face of our business. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and callers, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our office.
**What you’ll do**:
- Deliver a warm and professional front-of-house experience
- Coordinate vehicle check-ins, courtesy vehicles, and site logistics
- Support the sales and workshop teams with smooth handovers
- Assist with general administration, documentation, and office organisation
- Arrange customer e.g trains, taxi's, collection of vehicle/delivery quotes.
- Manage the showroom area to keep maintained and stocked up on drinks/snacks
- Support general office administration tasks such as handling post, ordering office supplies, and maintaining visitor logs.
- Support the warranty process to ensure warranty claims are reviewed by production, booked in with the workshop and all parties are aware of the warranty job.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Previous front-of-house or administrative experience preferred
- A genuine passion for great customer service
- Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or customer service industry.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
- Team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
