Are you looking for an opportunity to develop or start your career in administration?

The Service Administrator is responsible for the coordination of service, repair and warranty activities from customer engagement through to completion. The after sales administration process involves all aspects of customer service for instruments returned to us, including issuing return authorisations, quoting, order processing, account management and raising invoices.

**What will you be doing?**
- Produce quotes for customers as well as processing orders
- Ensure customer service and warranty requests are responded to within set time frames
- Ensure the end to end service and warranty processes meets the customer service agreement specifications
- Following up quote request to find out of customer wish to proceed
- Issuing reminders to customers when instruments are due a service
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
- Manage and resolve any unhappy or complaint customer issues
- Update our systems (ERP and CRM) as required to assist the smooth running of the department

- Strong communication skills to understand / explain complex solutions
- Methodical approach to problem solving
- Ability to navigate computer systems effectively
- Confident flexible person
- High level of attention to detail
