We are looking for a motivated Heavy Plant Fitter to join a market leading manufacturing company of construction products. Reporting directly to the Production Manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You willbe involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcomingteam of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

**Role Description**
- Providing both Reactive & Planned Maintenance
- Mobile Plant Fitting - FLT, Cranes, Diggers, Bulldozers
- Working on a variety of machinery including crushers, mixers, cranes, conveyors, chains, belts etc
- Heavy machinery breakdowns
- Being involved in Project Work
- Fault Finding both Electrical & Mechanical
- Working 10-hour days

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience of completing plant and machinery maintenance
- Qualifications Essential
- Ability to use mobile electronic equipment
- Hydraulics and Pneumatics
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Welding certification
