We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic HTLA to join our dedicated team, supporting children across the Early Years Foundation Stage and Primary phases. This is a year-round role, ideal for someone passionate about early education and committed to nurturing young learners. This is a unique opportunity to join our team at Longwood School & Nursery, a tiny independent setting, which is known for its warm and welcoming atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality learning support under the guidance of teaching staff.
- Lead small group interventions and whole-class sessions when required.
- Work collaboratively with other TAs to run our popular holiday scheme.
- Foster a stimulating, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Support the planning and assessment of learning activities.
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- HLTA status or equivalent experience.
- A zestful, proactive approach with a genuine love for working with children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in EYFS and/or Primary settings.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- A warm, caring colleague with a good sense of humour

When you visit, the children will be keen to tell you about their maths lessons, their sporting endeavours, their roles and responsibilities, their 11+ successes and their special friendships with older/younger pupils.
