**erson Specification**
- You will be working within the hotel's Restraunt alongside a passionate team who are eager to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests. You will work a range of shifts including daytime, evenings and weekends. You'll be working in a front-of-house position meeting and greeting guests and providing great table service. You'll be a great team player working closely with your kitchen and bar colleagues to ensure a smooth service.

Some key duties will include:

- Preparing the bar for the day and night ahead including setting up, prepping, stocking and cleaning.
- Meeting and greeting guests. Making recommendations and engaging in conversation.
- Taking food and drink orders and processing them through a till. Cash and card transactions.
- Providing table service.
- Sales driven, keen to up-sell and cross-sell.
- Coaching and supporting new team members.
- Supporting other hotel colleagues and helping out in other areas of the hotel when it's needed.
