**Maintenance Project Surveyor***

**Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire**

**Salary: £45,000-£55,000 DOE**

St Andrew’s Healthcare is a charity providing specialist mental healthcare services. We work in partnership with a number of NHS, voluntary, educational and research organisations to deliver a range of specialist inpatient and community mental healthcare services, education and research that helps to improve the lives of people with complex mental health needs.

**The role**:
**Key responsibilties**:

- To work closely with the Head of Estates Services & Project Delivery and all other managerial staff within the Estates department to ensure the achievement of the charities strategies, operational and financial objectives.
- To be responsible for the delivery of capital and revenue construction related projects ensuring that all projects are programmed and planned to time, cost and quality and in accordance with current legislation.
- To provide clear and concise monthly updates for the appropriate SLT Group/Board and all programmed project works.
- To ensure continued compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
