With over 120 years of experience in the dairying, farming and ice cream making business, we are extremely proud of our heritage, and our core values have been at the heart of our family’s success since the early 1900s. These are being dependable, innovative and sustainable.

Our family farm is located on the outskirts of Worcester, and we have been manufacturing ice cream onsite since 1982, using fresh milk from our very own herd.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience
- Full UK Driver’s License
- Ability to lift and carry heavy frozen goods (up to 20kg)

**Job Overview**

**This is a seasonal position with the possibility of additional hours during the winter months to cover staff absences. You will be paid on an hourly basis for work completed.**

We are searching for **experienced delivery drivers** who would like to be a part of our small, but dedicated distribution team.

Your primary role will be delivering delicious ice cream to our loyal customers. This role involves loading vans and delivering ice cream across Worcestershire and the neighboring counties.

**Key Responsibilities**

The list of responsibilities below is not-all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties.
- Deliver ice cream to our loyal customers
- Safely load and unload delivery vehicles
- Effectively communicate with customers
- Address any concerns or issues that may arise whilst out on the road
- Ensure that all customer experiences are of the highest quality
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including the collection of cash and order reconciliation
- Maintain the cleanliness of our vehicles
- Deliver in a safe and efficient manner
- Provide cover for colleagues on annual leave or sick leave

**Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years as a multi-drop delivery driver
- Experience in a customer-facing role (highly preferred)
- Excellent time management skills
- Good spoken and written English

**Working Hours**

During summer months (May - August) you will be guaranteed work as follows:

- Tuesday 08:00 - 13:00
- Wednesday 08:00 - 13:00
- Thursday 08:00 - 13:00

There is scope for additional work during this period, as well as the winter months (September - April) to cover sickness and annual leave requests.
