**Job Summary**:
4Couture is looking to expand with the addition of a Part Time Finance Administrator to join our small but lively team.
We’re seeking an individual to assist with the smooth running of the accounts function, ensuring all documentation is input onto the system in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibility for providing regular management reports, overseeing a regular payment run and ensuring all outstanding debt is collected within terms.
As a small business, we are looking for an individual that has a 'can do' attitude and is happy to muck in to get the job done.
**Finance Role - Key Responsibilities**:
Produce weekly sales reports & pipeline forecast information.
Credit control of debt and producing supplier statements.
Matching & entering supplier invoices onto the system, ensuring the prices are accurate and as agreed by the sales team.
Input retail receipts onto the system, ensuring these are authorised by a Director.
Prepare monthly credit card and weekly / monthly bank statements for reconciliation.
Processing and raising client invoices.
Supporting the business with other administrative tasks
Assist with preparation of annual budget
Supporting the company accountant with the delivered quality and accurate production of monthly management accounts
**Skills and Experience**:
Accounts / Book keeping experience essential and previous experience of Quickbooks would be ideal (although training can be given to the right person).
A confident, friendly telephone manner and good communication skills are essential. We pride ourselves on delighting our clients and fostering strong partnerships with our suppliers, so someone who has the attitude to strive towards this is very important.
To be proficient in Microsoft programs including Excel, Word and Outlook with good organisation skills is a must. If you are detail orientated then you’ll fit right in.
Although we love to have fun here at 4Couture, we are always incredibly busy. This role requires an individual with the ability to prioritise and deal with a busy workload and who is not phased by deadlines.
This is a permanent position but the role could also suit a freelancer or bookkeeper looking for some great company approx. 12-16 hours per week. With regular trips and activities, we have a fantastic team environment and there is the opportunity to get involved with other aspects of the business if that is of interest.
This is a part time role of 12-16 hours per week and we can be flexible with regards to which days / hours would suit but will require a regular commitment and timekeeping. (we finish early on Fridays)
