CSC Services are a specialist contractor working with Northumbrian Water and other clients on their long-term concrete repair contracts. Work will include but is not limited to concrete repair, waterproofing, rendering, and painting of metal work and concrete structures. Refurbishment of service reservoirs and other above and below ground structures.

We are looking for people to join our team in a permanent role where they can learn, grow and develop within the business.

CSC Services are looking to recruit a Working Supervisor to oversee and be part of a team working on projects from start through to completion ensuring that work is completed on time, and to high quality. On site the Supervisor will be the first point of contact for members of the public, clients, site managers and operatives. They will report to the site manager and or framework manager. Health and Safety issues will be a top priority in this role, as will managing customer expectations.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for executing practical site activities including job specific RAMS and QA documentation, in a timely manner and in accordance with CSC Services quality procedures.

The role will would be a fit people with experience in the following disciplines: Concrete repair, building skills, ground works, rendering, painting, joinery, waterproofing, water jetting, working outdoors in all weathers. All documentation and specialist material training will be provided.

We have vacancies for Supervisors to work on long term contracts at home and very occasionally nationwide. Travel, food and accommodation will be paid if/when staying away.

We are looking for operatives based in the North East: Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, and surrounding areas ideally with experience working in Confined Spaces although this is not essential as training can be given.

**Must** have own transport to be able to commute daily to our head office and depot in Birtley to start work.

**Must** have a full clean and valid driving license.

**Must **have a Valid CSCS card.

**Must** have a valid SSSTS.

**Desirable but not essential as training can be arranged**: EUSR Water card, Abrasive wheels, Face fit (clean shaven), PASMA, Water Jetting ticket, Medium risk Confined Space ticket, Blasting and painting certification.

**FACE FIT**:The use of dust masks from time to time are a requirement of this role. Operatives are therefore required to be clean shaven to pass face fit training and then to use a mask in performing their duties.

Demonstrable experience of Supervising in construction/civil engineering is essential.

The salary for this post will start at £15 per hour increasing with qualifications and experience.
