This Data Officer role is being recruited on an initial 6 month contract basis to be based in Luton with flexible working on offer from this leading global company with the opportunity to work in a great QHSE function pulling together and creating a globaldatabase of QSHE information and reports

**Client Details**

Data Officer required by a multi - discipline professional services consultancy to support the QSHE team with the creation of a global database of reports and assessments related to clients health and safety information. With European Head Offices basedin Luton and a global footprint.

With a supportive management team in place across the business this Health and Safety dept have a great reputation for maintaining standards and responding promptly.

**Description**

Data Officer duties and responsibilities;
- Support senior Management with the compiling of global data in order ot create and compile a new accident and inspection database with accurate statistics
- Master data management
- Log, store & distribute certifications from this newly created database
- Ensure the integrity of QSHE data inputted and logged using excel
- Coordinate with global teams to collate the required information necessary
- Adhoc reporting and data analysis

**Profile**

The successful Data Officer will need a mix of the following experience and characteristics;
- Exposure to Health and Safety role is a bonus with excel and strong data/administration skills key over any QSHE knowledge
- Excellent communication
- Excellent time management
- Strong experience of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (pivot tables and vlookups)
- Good understanding of reporting and assembling data
- happy to commit to a 6 month ftc contract initially
