White Horse Employment are delighted to be working with a small, family run business who have developed their passion into a very successful business. It has been growing nicely for the past few years, with it really picking up throughout the pandemic.

With the business growing and a few internal changes, they do require an additional person to support them with the orders coming into the business.

Some of the the responsibilities include:

- Log orders from customers on order sheet
- Create an invoice for each customer
- Mark order completed on TG system
- Create shipping labels to send products to customers
- Track customer orders and resolve any issues with freight companies

These are just a few of the responsibilities as the role is very varied with no one day being the same.
- Administration / Coordination experience
- Invoice processing knowledge
- Experience within a manufacturing setting
- Effective time management
- Knowledge on MS including excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour

**Benefits**:
