Conveyancing Locum

A fabulous opportunity has arisen in a very successful House builder for a locum lawyer who will be covering short-term assignments whilst the firm approaches year end in Doncaster.

**Responsibilities**:

- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Sales and purchases
- Mortgages
- Re-mortgages
- Registered and unregistered titles
- New builds
- Shard ownership
- Qualified solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of 5 years' experience
- Vast amount of conveyancing experience is a pre-requisite
- SRA, CLC or CILEx qualification is preferrable
- Possesses excellent client care and communication skills
- Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to deal confidently with people from all walks of life

The role will start asap and will run unti lthe end of the year, ideally they are looking for an presence in the office. the office is located on the outskirts of Doncaster with lots of free on site parking.
