We are looking for an experienced and competent Credit Controller to join our clients' well-established team.

You will be responsible for managing your own complex ledger, chasing payments, maintaining up-to-date CRM information and building and maintaining strong customer relations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve overdue recovery targets through a pro-active, structured and methodical approach
- Proactively manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of past due balances
- Ensure barriers to payment are quickly identified and mediated
- Develop and maintain a successful partnership with customers, sales and other office teams
- Manage stopped accounts up to litigation
- Maintain accurate credit files and collection files
- Reconciliation and resolution of complex accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales force and leasing/credit partners
- Maintain constant up-to-date CRM information

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years' experience similar role
- Strong Excel and reporting
- Organized with strong attention to detail, strong analytical skills required
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
- Knowledge of ERP systems and database functionalities - SAP is highly desirable
- Credit management and credit collection techniques
- Financial and economic skills and expertise
- Long-term customer relationship management skills
