Full Job Description:
Casa Brasil Bristol in Cabot Circus we are famous for its carnival atmosphere, good vibe, and great staff service. So, together with our unique BBQ made with charcoal, our mouth-watering Brazilian food, drinks, and differentiated cocktails, we also bring sympathy, fun, and good vibes to the tables. Behind every great experience lived at Casa Brasil, there is the union of a great team that dedicates heart and soul to everything we do, which is why we are looking for a brilliant and passionate Waiter or Bartender to join our Casa Brasil Bristol team.

**About you**:
You will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of our guests are always met, explaining the menu options, and what they want to drink or eat, taking all the BBQ meat options to the tables, and guaranteeing their satisfaction until the moment they ask for the bill when they're ready. You will do this by taking the time to listen and then providing useful and well-informed recommendations and suggestions. Your strong communication skills and charismatic style will ensure that our guests have the best experience possible in our restaurant.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in the hospitality industry or similar.
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think fast.
- Speaking Portuguese or Spanish would be an advantage. (not mandatory)
