We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical or Counselling) looking to join a growing team of vibrant and supportive Psychologists and Therapists within Specialist CAMHS. The successful applicant will have a key role in delivering specialist psychological interventions, supervision, leadership and consultation/training.

As a team of psychologists we are committed to supporting staff to maintain a healthy work-life balance, create a culture of continuous learning and opportunities for staff to develop their skills and interests through training and innovative practice.

The post holder will have core therapeutic skills in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and be willing to engage in training and ongoing supervision in order to consolidate and enhance these skills. The post holder will also be expected to utilise any advanced skills in specialist areas of interest; and support the team by sharing expertise and knowledge in regular peer group discussions and contribute to the development of the service by actively participating in team away days.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
