We have a new and exciting opportunity for an ICT Application Support Specialist to join us to work with colleagues across the organisation and ensure that hardware and software is optimised to support business performance.

**The role**

In this role you will collaborate with internal departments to plan, deliver and support enhanced technologies such as Cloud based systems to drive efficiencies within the business. You will develop new initiatives as required alongside operational activities and provide infrastructure support.

You will also be required to provide 3rd line support through the ICT Service Desk, assisting with procurement and hardware / software asset management working as escalation point for the ICT Service Desk team.

**About you**
- Significant experience of working with Office 365, CRM and experience of working with ICT helpdesk / service desk systems
- Experience of Microsoft Power Platform, utilising tools for automation of internal processes and tasks.
- An understanding of UK GDPR Governance
- Experience with on premises to cloud data migrations
- Experience in SharePoint administration, site building, maintenance, and integration with MS products and 3rd parties.

A full UK driving licence and the use of a car for work purposes is also essential for this position.
