My client is a communities first social agency which engages with over 3 million UK tradespeople every day and has the fastest growing online construction community in the UK. THE ROLE
Creativity is at the heart of what we do. As Graphic Designer, you'll become part of a team that is bursting with ideas and will be producing eye-catching online and offline designs for associated brands, and clients (who are well-renowned industry leaders).
As Graphic Designer, you will
- Use Adobe Creative Suite to create striking visuals to be used both online and offline
- Be involved in ideation sessions and propose innovative concepts that align with client briefs
- Work with the Social Team to develop designs for social media pages and groups
- Work with the Production Team to develop designs for video, including overlays and animations
- Assist with photoshoots and content creation for clients
- Work to briefs and use your keen eye for detail to ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines
- Present your ideas internally and encourage feedback to ensure all work is of an exceptionally high standard
- Delegate work as appropriate and support the team when necessary
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The role is suited to an established Graphic Designer who is au-fait with the Adobe Creative Suite and has
- Be an experienced Graphic Designer, ideally with an agency background, with proven experience of creating original on and off line visuals that adhere to brand guidelines
- Have experience of using Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and DreamWeaver
- Have experience of creating visual assets for social media platforms, including Facebook,Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Have a portfolio that demonstrates your creative flair, ability to work across multiple brands, and create engaging contemporary design that captures the mind
- Have strong organisational skills, able to juggle multiple projects at once and adhere to deadlines
- Be a creative thinker who enjoys conceptualising and proposing new ideas
- Be able to direct and support team members when required
- Take a positive and enthusiastic approach to work with a mindset that 'no job is too small'
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that encourages creativity
- Have a meticulous eye for detail to ensure brand and client projects are executed efficiently
- Be willing to develop existing skills and keep up to date with new trends and technologies
From £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
Holidays: 20 days per year, plus 1 additional day for your birthday and 1 additional day for your work anniversary
