**Job Summary**;

**Responsibilities;**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with precision.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with billing inquiries and process payments as required.
- Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a hotel or guest services role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
