**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Estates Team within Facilities Management and provide professional administrative support to the Estate and Maintenance Services team.
You will facilitate day-to-day office, procedural and system administration and triage, problem solve and respond to general customer enquiries, ensuring excellent and efficient service is delivered in accordance with our service level agreements/ key performance indicators. You will also provide secretarial support to meetings, and support efficient administration of the Estates team diaries and schedules.
**About You**
As Estates Administrator you will:
- Have experience of working in a busy customer-facing environment.
- Have an eye for detail and good IT skills.
- Have experience of taking minutes and servicing meetings.
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Have a positive can-do attitude, excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
