With a rapid growth plan in place and our operation ever expanding, we now call upon a Sales Supervisor to join our team at our HQ in Uxbridge, North-West London.

This role is ideal for someone ambitious, determined and aspires to grow and build a lucrative career The successful applicant will be in prime position to help continue the growth of the company as well as themselves through our rigorous training system. This position can also lead to incredible opportunities if they succeed at their tasks.
- Responsible for achieving monthly budgets set by Masters of Mindset.
- Prepare strategies to increase month on month performance.
- Send out prior day dialler stats along with MTD dialler stats to your team.
- Complete 2 coaching sessions a day. Coaching sessions require supervisor to listen to the call with employee and provide feedback on ways to improve guest experience and sales performance. Coaching session to be a minimum of 45 minutes and call to be no shorter than 12 minutes.
- Run a daily sales meeting to cover the prior days performance and recognize individual employee success along special recognition e.g., employee had exceptional talk time, employee worked overtime, employee had their best day ever for sales etc.
- Ensure all coaching packages are up to date and complete.
- Make sure rotas are sent one month in advance including weekends.
- Track all sales booking numbers and send a nightly report at the end of the day to cover teams’ performance.
- Ensure team leaders are on track for their MTD evaluations.
- Weekly report on absence and lateness (attendance report).
- Supervisor to launch monthly competition to drive desired business objectives.
- Supervisor to send weekly coaching report and evaluations report to be sent end of business Friday ready to review Monday.

**Salary**: £30,000 (£40k after 6 month probation) with OTE £56k - £76k.

Location: Oxford Road, Park View, Uxbridge, UB8 1UX

Hours: 5pm - 1am - 5 days a week with flexibility required
