**Administration Assistant**
**The Burnside Partnership **is an innovative and expanding private client law firm based at Blenheim Palace Sawmills with an award-winning Apprenticeship programme. You will be working with a friendly team in an extremely supportive and dynamic environment. You will need your own car as The Burnside Partnership is in a rural location with limited public transport links.
The Burnside Partnership is made up of a team of experts who specialise in Private Client, Tax & Trusts and Contentious Wills and Estates advice. In response to our clients' needs, we also offer a Bespoke Property Service. Many of our advisors are recognised experts in their field and they and our firm have won a number of awards.
Your tasks may differ from day-to-day, but generally your duties may consist of the following:
- Welcoming visitors, preparing refreshments and looking after meeting rooms
- Answering phones, transferring calls and taking messages
- Photocopying, printing and scanning
- Organising and filing documents
- Entering client information into databases and case management systems.
- Using MS Office in preparation of documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Assisting with short dictations
- Ad hoc internet research
- Handling written and electronic correspondence
- Assisting with managing calendar bookings and diaries
- Scanning and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail
- Carrying out any other reasonable requests made by your line manager
- Demonstrating excellent client service skills
- Maintaining strong working relationships with other employees
- Communicating effectively with people
- Carrying out any other reasonable requests made by your line manager
**Essential**:
- Being able to learn new skills quickly
- Awareness/knowledge: the importance of providing excellent client service
- Confidence to use modern business equipment such as scanners and franking machines
**Desirable**:
- Any admin related experience (whether gained in employment or through voluntary work)

- Well presented with a professional manner
- Being flexible and comfortable working as part of a team
- Understanding of need for maintaining confidentiality

**Essential**:
- 8 GCSE grades A to C or equivalent are essential, specifically Maths and English.
**Desirable**:
- 3 A-levels at grade C or above
We are also willing to consider applicants who may wish to work reduced hours - for example, mornings only.

Part-time hours: 19-37.5 per week
**Salary**: £12,000.00-£14,000.00 per year
