**Job Advert: Sales Manager**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales individual to join our team and drive sales through qualified leads generated via our social media marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to handle phone calls with these qualified leads, present our service, and book site visits with potential customers. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from home or from our office premises in Wells

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with qualified leads via phone calls, understand their needs, and present our service.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills to effectively convey the key benefits and features of our business.
- Use persuasive techniques to influence leads to book site visits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and maintain consistency throughout the sales process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our offerings, industry trends, and competitors' activities.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Consistently update and manage customer information in our CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software. (not necessary as can be trained)
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Prior experience in remote sales or working from home is a plus.

**Compensation**:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate, as well as a commission structure based on successful sales. You have the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings by successfully closing deals with qualified leads.

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
