The role of the Inclusion Officer is to support young people to attend school and engage in education. You will provide a link between home and school and will work directly with the young person, families, school and external agencies to support the young person to resolve any concerns they may have about attending school.

**The Individual**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with good communication skills and a passion for working with young people to join our Support for Pupils team as an Inclusion Officer.
