Dynamic CCTV Limited are a leading security and fire distributor with award-winning technical support dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to its customers. Dynamic CCTV Limited has a vast international network of suppliers, with its headquarters located in the centre of Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire.

We are looking for enthusiastic, tenacious people to join our successful internal sales team.

**Reports to**: Sales Supervisor/ Sales Director

**Department/Team** Sales

**Job purpose**:To provide support to sales executives and to respond to customer and prospect queries.

**Main Duties/ Responsibilities**:

- Order processing.
- Periodically check awaiting dispatch and action accordingly.
- Deal with basic sale requests.
- Assist and support sales executives in their role.
- Check stock and prices and keep customers regularly updated.
- Keeping up to date with company products.

**Role Requirements**:

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

**Desirable**:

- Interest in technology
- Knowledge of business central

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales administration: 2 years
